We’ve got what you need, whatever the occasion. So whether you’re taking a trip out of the country or simply looking for a better way to deposit your paychecks, we’ve got options to make your finances easier to manage. Take a look at what we offer:

Direct Deposit. No more standing in line or driving to the branch on payday. With Direct Deposit, your paycheck is automatically deposited in your FocalPoint account, safe, secure and ready for you. You can have money distributed among multiple FocalPoint accounts, if you choose. You can even specify automatic loan payments!

Payroll Deduction. Even if you don’t use Direct Deposit, you can deduct an exact amount of money from your paycheck each pay period and have it automatically deposited into a FocalPoint account. Many members use Payroll Deduction to automatically save money each pay period. You can also use it to make automatic payments on your FocalPoint loan each month.

ACH Services. For recurring expenses like insurance premiums, phone bills, utilities and such, you can request to have automatic deductions from your account. No more missed payments and late fees. And there’s no charge for this service.

VISA Credit Card. Get what you want out of life; choose from our Classic or Platinum Credit Card options. With a conveniently low interest rate and worldwide acceptance of the VISA logo, FocalPoint’s VISA credit card program has no annual fee and no cash advance fee. To report a lost or stolen card, call (315) 463-8333 during business hours, or (800) 299-9842 on nights or weekends.  To be able to access your VISA card information 24/7, go to EZCardInfo and enroll.

VISA Debit Card. Stop the hassle of writing checks and replace cash with our VISA Debit Card, available through our Checking Account. Then, you can go to the grocery store, head out shopping or even travel the world without needing a checkbook or a large wad of cash. Debit and ATM transactions will automatically deduct money from your FocalPoint Checking Account. To report a lost or stolen card, call (315) 463-8333 during business hours or (800) 472-3272 on nights or weekends.

No-Fee American Express Travelers Cheques. Travel with confidence, knowing your funds are protected! Single and Double Signature Cheques available.

American Express Money Orders. A safe, secure way to send money; there is a fee for this service.

Wire Services. Wire funds to and from your FocalPoint account—instantly, safely. Fees apply for outgoing wires.

Free Notary Public Service. Available to members during regular business hours.

Night Deposit. Make safe, secure deposits, even when your FocalPoint branch is closed—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Education Scholarships. Every year, we award scholarships to qualified high school seniors. Applications are accepted for state and local awards. Contact us for more information.
