Getting Started

Online Banking is your FocalPoint branch that's always open! It’s safe, secure and easy to use. Signing up is easy, too:

• Simply click here to access the Online Banking registration form. Then, print out the form, fill it out, sign it, and either mail, fax or bring it into the branch closest to you. Once the completed form is received, FocalPoint will then activate your Online Banking account.
• Once your account has been activated, sign onto our website and click on Online Banking to get started
• For business clients, contact your merchant services provider to complete the setup process.
• When you reach our Online Banking login page—
  • Enter your Account Number
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the Password box
• Next, you’ll be directed to—
  • Create a primary password and a secondary password

That’s all it takes! With those few simple steps, you’re ready to go. You can use your new Account Number and password to log into your accounts.

To ensure protection against fraud, please remember to keep your password confidential and change it regularly. If your password is lost or stolen, please contact us at 315.463.8333 immediately, and we will protect your account.
